Our Story

Ubud Glass is a family owned and operated business, founded on the idea of designing and sourcing beautiful home decor items, house wares and artwork in Bali, Indonesia and exporting the treasures to the United States.

It all started with Terry and Lyne (the parents) traveling the world and stumbling upon (and falling in love) with Balinese handicrafts. Not only were these arts and crafts beautiful, they were also made from repurposed from recycled glass and reclaimed tropical wood - making the Lewis family only more inspired by these unique pieces.

Soon after, Sarah and Brooke (two of Terry and Lyne's daughters) also fell in love with these Balinese treasure, and decided they wanted to share these unique pieces with customers in the United States.

Business began on a small Etsy account, and the orders began flowing in. Now our products are sold everywhere from farmers markets in New Jersey and San Diego to our own e-commerce website.

We are delighted to share our origin story with you, our valued Ubud Glass customers, and we are excited to share the very best of Balinese handicrafts and artworks with you too.
