This is a really nice indoor tea light or planter for an orchid or succulent indoors or outdoors. Hang it in your kitchen, bathroom or patio. The tea light is open at the top and bottom to allow for a candle. The planter is open at the top only.
The artisans here in Bali use a Dremel to carve these coconut pots and tea lights. There is a local village that almost exclusively carves these coconuts. The same village is very well known for it's bone carvings a lot of piercing jewellery is made as well. Check out one of the pics of our favourite carver Wayan working on a flower design.
The designs are a geometric circles, geometric leaf, random holes, fish scales, stars, water, butterfly, teardrop.
